The Evendale FC will play on Friday, September 21, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at Evendale Recreation Center, Field #3. Please post a comment (below) and indicate whether you are IN or OUT for the match this week. Please remember to bring WHITE and DARK shirts.
Finally, please note that we will be strictly enforcing our playing rules, meaning that players who do not comply will be cautioned and then removed if necessary. Our playing rules include the following:
> No slide tackles
> No challenges from behind a player or through his/her legs
> No aggressive challenges/charging of the keeper
> No aggressive/reckless play of any kind ... error on the side of avoiding injury (e.g., no grabbing of the opponents, as pictured above ;)
> Use caution when challenging for 50/50 balls
The overriding purpose is to create a fun, recreational, and safe playing environment for all players. Please adjust your style of play accordingly.
And cheer on the US Women's National Team in the World Cup!!
