The U.S. Women's National team pull off the upset of the 2008 Olympics by defeating the World Cup Champion Brazil national team!!With the beginning of SAY Soccer season, we are moving the Evendale FC match to Friday evenings at 7:30 p.m. on Field #3, starting this week. Please post a comment, indicating whether you are IN or OUT this week. Also, with all of our college players returning to school, we need to recruit some players and boast our numbers. So feel free to invite like-minded players interested in a recreational soccer match.

Michelle is out. Injury update on myself: I had successful surgery on my right ankle yesterday at Beacon. Recovery time is 3 months. Following that I have to have the same proceedure perfromed on the left ankle... so Evendale FC's only true Center Back is shelved until next April. Just a heads up so Gus can buy more defense before the transfer window closes! But opn the plus side, no one will have to chase any of my overhit shots or passes until spring! Best of luck guys and have fun out there.
