Not even extreme temperatures can slow down the Evendale FC, as we had another great turnout for the match this weekend, with more than 24 players. The Dark Team broke out to an early lead, scoring two in the first 10 minutes of play. But the White Team came roaring back behind the usual strong play of Rocky in the midfield. Rocket drilled a 20-yard with a low-flying cruise missile, and Kristen added her usual 2-3 goals. And for the record, The Sieve posted the first "clean sheet" of his career, primarily due to outstanding team defense, but still.
We are back again this weekend, same time, same location. Please post a comment and indicate whether you are IN or OUT for the match this week. Again, until we are averaging 26-28 players, please feel free to invite like-minded guests and players. With this heat, it would be nice to have a couple subs! As always, bring white and dark shirts (no team-ambiguous grays).

Hate to miss a week, but Rockey will be OUT this week. I got the MCAT Saturday morning, 8 am.
