Next Match on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

An outstanding inaugural match for the Evendale FC, with 26 players participating, notwithstanding way-too-hot-for-May temperatures in the 90's.  Highlights included outstanding defense by Tom S. (unfortunately on his own teammate), a couple of well-placed corners, and some fantastic play by newcomer TC, who had a hat trick in his debut.

Our next match is this Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.  Please post a comment below and indicate whether you are IN or OUT for this week.  Please remember to bring white and dark shirts (Joe R., this means you).

Also, while the numbers are good, we could still use a couple additional players.  If you know of any like-minded players interested in a recreational match, please feel free to invite them.

As for Team USA, well, at least we know how high the bar is and where we must go.
