Let the Games Begin ...

We will officially start up the Evendale FC pickup games this weekend on June 1, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. on Field #1, which is the smaller field adjacent to the swimming pool (enter the parking lot from Reading Road/SR 42 northbound).

Here is your TO DO list for this week (and every week throughout the summer):

1.  Post a Comment.  Simply post a comment below and indicate whether you are IN or OUT this week, with your first name, nickname, or initials.  This is important this year because of the field options ... We will move the game to Field #4 when we consistently get full 11v11 play.

2.  Bring Like-Minded Friends.  Please feel free to bring like-minded friends to play until we reach 25 players (+/-) for the games.  

3.  Bring White and Dark Shirts (no grays or team-ambiguous colors).

4.  Review the Rules.  Again, this is a 100% recreational game, played with a different mindset than the normal adult soccer match.  There are plenty of competitive leagues and games throughout the city.  This is not one of them.

I am not sure when the work on Fields #2 and #3 will be completed, but I will keep you posted.  See you this weekend,
