Next Match - Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., Field #4

Great turnout last week, with 28 players for our opening weekend, including surprise guest appearance by Katie G. and Tiz.    A bit of a scoring-fest, with at least a dozen goals ... Might need to hold "Keeper Camp" for the masses.

Let's keep it up this week, as we will play again on Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Importantly, we are moving the game to FIELD #4 aka Heart Attack Hill.  For those unfamiliar with Evendale Rec, this is the field up by the shelter house, in the northeast corner of the property.  Enter Evendale Rec from Glendale-Milford, go through the stop sign, and then go straight towards Field #3 (field with lights).  Turn right and go up the hill.  The soccer field is up the path across from the shelter house ... It has a very steep grade (hence the name).  Think of it as your warm up.  We are going to try this out for a week or two, see how the game plays/fits on Field #4.  

Our "tough decision" to make will be "Where to play?"  Over the next couple of weeks, please cast a vote in the poll (over to the right --------->) and let me know where you would like to play the game, at least until they finish working on #2 and #3.
