Great Turnout - Next Match on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.

A record turnout last weekend, with 34 players participating in our weekly pickup match.  Highlights included a rocket off of the foot of Alex C., catching part of both the right post and crossbar before ricocheting into the upper 90.  That set the theme for the entire match, as we had more shot careen off the post, rejected by the cross bar, and other karmic catastrophes than the rest of the season combined.  As defenders tired and the weather warmed, youth was served as Brian O. put one away neatly in lower 90s.  Finally, "Two Goal" Dan had a break-out game, recording a hat trick and game winner with his typical deft touch and finishing skills.  

Out next match is tomorrow, Saturday, July 2 at 9:00 a.m. and it should be another great turnout.  Please remember to bring WHITE and dark colored shirts (no grays or other team-ambiguous colors) and let's try to get started as close to 9:00 a.m. as possible, as many will have plans this weekend.
